Crossmap is a decision tool for League of Legends. You connect one or more Riot accounts. Crossmap reads the publicly available match data Riot’s API publishes for those accounts, and answers questions you ask about it.
The answers are written by a language model. They are opinions about a game and they can be wrong.
Crossmap keeps the following on a server we run:
None of it is encrypted at rest. It is plain files on a server.
The operator can read every conversation stored in Crossmap. So can the automated grading tools we run over real conversations.
This is not a break-glass procedure and it is not rare. It is how the product is built: we read real exchanges to find where the answers were wrong, and we fix them. Assume a person will read what you type here.
There is no access control between the operator and your conversation, and there is no encryption standing between them either. We are not claiming a protection that does not exist.
Your messages are also sent to Anthropic, whose model writes the answers. What Anthropic does with them is governed by Anthropic’s terms, not by this document.
We do not sell your conversations, and we do not hand them to advertisers.

Crossmap uses the Riot Games API and is bound by Riot’s developer terms. The match data belongs to Riot. Riot can change or withdraw that access at any time, and if they do, Crossmap stops being able to answer.
Pro Mode is $5.99 per month. There is one tier and no other option.
Checkout is not connected. Nothing in Crossmap can take a payment today, and no card details are collected or held anywhere in it. Pressing the Pro control reveals the price and says exactly that.
A Pro account carries a date. When that date passes — because a subscription was cancelled, or because it lapsed — Pro ends. Nothing is deleted. Every conversation you have stays readable. What stops is sending new messages, unless your free trial is still running.
The operator can also grant Pro to somebody directly, with no payment involved. An account granted that way is recorded as granted and never as paid.
There is no button in Crossmap that deletes your account. Ask at hello@crossmap.lol. Here is precisely what can be done today, and what cannot.
Removing the stored conversation files themselves has no mechanism in the product. It is a manual act by the operator, done on request. We are telling you this rather than describing an erasure Crossmap cannot perform.
Crossmap is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
The answers come from a language model reading match data. A wrong answer can be phrased as confidently as a right one. Nothing Crossmap says is a fact about the game until you have checked it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of your use of Crossmap.
If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in total to the amount you have actually paid for Crossmap in the twelve months before the claim.
